When you find your perfect villa you wish to book, please contact us by email or call one of our villa experts. We will take you through our simple booking process.
The booking deposit is $300/week or $500/week depending on the size of the home, unless otherwise stated.
All of our villas have a digital lock. A four digit entrance code will be sent to you once we receive payment of the final balance. You can go direct from the airport to your villa.
Yes, a booking contract is sent to you by email at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 2 months prior to your check-in date. A reminder will be sent to you by email at this time.
We do accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Yes, a damage security deposit of $300 or $500 is required with the full balance payment, unless otherwise stated. This is refunded to you after your stay, once the management company clears the home.
  1. Pay $300/week (or $500/week) booking deposit with Paypal or credit card to hold the desired dates. - A link to making deposit payment will be sent to you when you are ready to book.
  2. A booking form along with the terms and condtions will be sent to you. Sign the booking form and fax or email it to us.
  3. Pay final rental balance along with $300 (or $500) security deposit 60 days prior to the check-in date.
    1. We will email you info of the villa and check-in/out after receipt of your final payment.
    2. Door code, alarm code if applicable, and etc. will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
    3. Security deposit will be returned to you after your departure and the house is checked.
  4. Final rental balance is the total rental amount less paid booking deposit.
  5. Cashier’s Check or money order is the preferred payment method.
  6. Paying via credit card, Paypal or wire is possible, but third-party fees will apply.

About Vacation Villas

The check-in time is 4pm or after. The check-out time is 10am or sooner. An early check-in or late check out may be arranged with us prior to your stay.
Yes, all of our homes are professional managed by local management companies.
No, although we love pets, we cannot allow them in any of our villas.
Yes, all linens and towels are provided.
Yes, hairdryers are provided in all of our villas.
Mid-staycleaning service can be provided, however there is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.
Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided in all of our villas.
